The agreement was signed on Monday at the Department of Agriculture and Animal Resources, enabling EKTIFA’s meat, fish, and poultry products to be offered through the app’s digital platform. This move aims to enhance consumer access and broaden the corporation's sales outlets.
Expanding reach through digital platforms
Dr Al Tunaiji stated that the agreement aligns with EKTIFA’s strategy to expand distribution channels and reach a wider customer base by offering a variety of high-quality products. The collaboration is expected to address evolving consumer needs through a reliable and user-friendly platform.
Access to over half a million users
He noted that the ZABEHATY app currently serves more than 500,000 users, providing EKTIFA with an effective and scalable channel to deliver its products quickly and efficiently. This access significantly boosts the corporation’s ability to connect directly with consumers.
Positive consumer feedback drives deeper collaboration
Dr Al Tunaiji emphasised that the initial partnership between EKTIFA and ZABEHATY has been met with positive feedback from residents and customers. This success encouraged both parties to deepen their cooperation by enhancing service offerings and diversifying available products, all while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Enhancing the customer experience
The CEO highlighted that the collaboration will improve the customer journey through flexible ordering options and the app’s advanced delivery services. In parallel, EKTIFA is working to expand its product range and enhance supply chain efficiency to ensure product availability at competitive prices.
Call to consumers and future plans
Dr Al Tunaiji urged consumers to take advantage of the availability of EKTIFA products on the ZABEHATY app, especially as the next phase of collaboration will include the launch of innovative solutions and services. These developments are designed to support consumer preferences and keep pace with the growing trend toward digital shopping.
